The Anti-theft light blinks rapidly and the truck will not turn over. Give it some time or take the key out and in repeatedly and it will start. Sometimes not till the next day. I have replaced the transceiver & key.The dash lights are, check engine, abs, battery light, brights and so on are dimming in and out. Also the code flashing for the theft is a a code 11 as well. One blink then about two seconds another blink. Watched it cycle 5 or 6 times. Last but not least I had a lock smith come out to try and reprogram all 3 keys.

I later learned that someone had installed an ECM from a 2000 E150 van and somehow it was working fine except for the PATS. I later replaced the ECM and reprogrammed PATS. Replaced fuel pump,and filter. checked all fuses,relays and fuel safety switch. if i spray start fluid at intake it starts but wont stay running. plenty of pressure in fuel rail but injectors are not... 2000 Jeep Grand cherokee Laredo wont start.
